He also founded the Global Diamond Exchange Network. With extensive expertise in financial markets, renewable energy, mining, fintech, blockchain, and AI development, Todor has spearheaded significant innovations in digital assets, including the creation of a major Layer 1 blockchain. With more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets, he now leads WhiteRock's investment strategy, focusing on enhancing value creation for the firm's clients and shareholders.

For the past three years he has been devoting himself as co-founder and CEO of the company GoALgo Srl to the development of a highly innovative system for the elaboration of stochastic SME plans, finalized to advisory and to structure M&A and debt transaction to support corporates. Outstanding experience in managing derivatives books aimed at hedging SMEs and huge corporates financial structures. Contributed in the 1980s/90s to the growth of derivative markets in Italy. Teaching activity about quantitative methods for finance at Luiss and Salerno University. Publications in economic and financial matters.

Marraffa is a consultant who assists Italian and foreign companies, supporting their development in Italy and internationally. He was admitted to the Bar of Rome in 1977. In 1994 he was included in the list of selected lawyers practising before the Supreme Court and Superior Council of Judiciary. Auditor since 1987. As a result of his experience in the banking and financial sectors, in september 2015 Marraffa became one of the main partners of the Bertoli law firm of Lugano, Switzerland. The firm deals primarily with banking and financial law, as well as internalization procedures, offering assistance and consultancy to Italian and international companies in all the relevant areas of activity, from direct investments to international litigation.
